  • David Morken

    Cofounder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman

    Mr. Morken is also the Cofounder, Chairman and former CEO of Republic Wireless. Mr. Morken is the Cofounder of Durham Cares. Prior to founding Bandwidth in 1999, Mr. Morken served on active duty in the Marine Corps as a Judge Advocate and Headquarters Company Commander. Mr. Morken received a B.A. in Political Science from Oral Roberts University and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

    • John Murdock

      Director

      Mr. Murdock was previously Bandwidth’s General Counsel and presently serves as a director of Republic Wireless.  Mr. Murdock is broadly active in the wireless communications and competitive networks space as a director on the boards of both the CTIA and Incompas industry organizations.   Prior to joining Bandwidth, Mr. Murdock founded a specialized law firm with a national level complex litigation focus.  As a Marine officer, Mr. Murdock served on active duty, including combat in Operation Desert Shield/Storm.  Mr. Murdock obtained a B.S. in Finance from Miami University of Ohio, with an NROTC scholarship and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

    • Jeff Hoffman

      Chief Financial Officer

      Mr. Hoffman oversees all financial operations for Bandwidth, including accounting, treasury, tax, financial analysis and reporting and is responsible for developing and implementing financial systems and reporting structures. Mr. Hoffman brings more than 18 years of financial management experience and has held senior positions with public and leading private equity sponsored companies. Before joining Bandwidth, he served as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis for Hawaiian Telcom where he led the company’s budgeting, financial modeling and management reporting functions. In addition, Jeff was a key contributor to Hawaiian Telcom’s capital restructuring and listing on NASDAQ in 2010. Prior to Hawaiian Telcom, Mr. Hoffman served as the Director of Finance and Planning for Madison River Communications where he was instrumental in many mergers and acquisitions throughout the company’s history including its eventual acquisition by CenturyLink in 2007. Jeff earned a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

      • Chris Matton

        General Counsel
        W. Christopher Matton has served as General Counsel of Bandwidth since 2010. As General Counsel, Mr. Matton provides support and counsel for corporate, human resources, intellectual property, legal and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Bandwidth, Mr. Matton was a partner at Kilpatrick Stockton LLP. Mr. Matton also previously served on the founding team and board of managers of Veritas Collaborative, an eating disorder treatment hospital system. Mr. Matton has worked with companies ranging from early stage to publicly traded companies and has represented clients in connection with venture capital financings, private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of securities and other corporate matters. Mr. Matton earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Wake Forest University where he also served as the Executive Editor of the Wake Forest Law Review.
        • Noreen Allen

          Chief Marketing Officer

          As Chief Marketing Officer, Noreen is responsible for building the Bandwidth brand and driving revenue across all lines of business.

          For the past 16 years, she’s held leadership positions with both private and publicly traded companies. She excels at building powerful, category-leading brands that help to transform companies at various stages.

          Most recently, Noreen served as Vice President, Global Marketing for e-commerce software provider, ChannelAdvisor. Prior to that, she served as Vice President, Marketing for Hosted Solutions, a leader in the cloud computing market that was acquired by Windstream Corp. in late 2010 for $310 million. From 2005 to 2008, Noreen served as Vice President of Marketing for Motricity (now Voltari), a provider of mobile data infrastructure solutions. There she was instrumental in building the brand and growing revenue from $10 million to over $100 million prior to the company’s IPO. Prior to that, she spent five years as Vice President, Marketing with SpectraSite Communications, a wireless infrastructure provider that was sold to American Tower in 2005 for $3.3 billion.

          • Rebecca Bottorff

            Chief People Officer

            As Chief People Officer, Rebecca is responsible for developing and directing the overall People Services (human resources) strategy for Bandwidth. In addition to leading People Services, she oversees internal communication and the company’s corporate giving and community involvement program, Bandwidth Cares.

            Rebecca is a seasoned executive, management consultant, and business coach with deep expertise in human resources management and leadership development. She has worked in a variety of high growth sectors for scaling organizations in international and multiple state work environments.

            Prior to joining Bandwidth, Rebecca was founder and President of Venture Savvy Consulting Group providing human resources and leadership expertise primarily for growing technology companies. Before that she was an early member of Motricity Inc.’s (now Voltari) founding executive team starting in 2004. As VP of HR at Motricity, she architected the company’s human resources strategy and developed programs that enabled the business to scale from 75 employees and $10m in revenue to more than 500 employees and $100m revenue in just three years.

            • Scott Mullen

              Chief Technology Officer

              As Chief Technology Officer, Scott is responsible for the development, engineering, operations and overall technical strategy of the Bandwidth platforms and services.

              Scott is a seasoned technologist with nearly 20 years of experience in engineering and software development. He has deep experience in building highly scalable software platforms and has built development teams capable of scaling with the business in high growth communications companies.

              Prior to Bandwidth Scott worked for Lucent Technologies designing and implementing their next generation IP platforms and applications.

              Scott is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a degree in Computer Science.
